It's been a long wait (only a couple of thousand years), the excuse we've been given is that they had to be just right before these little packages could be released to the Brisbane public. Knowing our luck you've probably tasted a variety of these treats, or, as the Japanese call them, gyoza. Westerners lovingly call them dumplings. Whatever the name these parcels are all parts edible. But now you have to taste ours, the Chinese jiaozi (sounded: j-ou-za).
